Provide assistance and support services to the Soldiers who have been assigned to the Warrior Transition Unit (WTU)and their Families through the development,coordination, and provision of varied Services designed to address complex Physical, Personal, Family, Social,and Economic needs.

OUR PURPOSE
The Soldier and Family Assistance Center(SFAC) will provide services with appropriate resources so Soldiers can focus on their mission to heal,to return back to Active Duty, or transition into Civilian life.
